From the moment we arrived, our room was unbearably hot. On the same day, I requested a room change, but my request was completely ignored. The following day, I raised the issue again, only to be met by a very rude manager who attempted to blame me for not reporting the problem sooner. “Room was lovely, clean, spacious, great design features for restorative sleep. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent gym facilities. I didn’t get a chance to try the yoga or Pilates classes as the schedule didn’t fit with my daytime sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy choices. Food in general was excellent but sometimes small portions for the price, especially if you are on a high protein diet. Pool area is ok, but could do with more shade options or sun umbrellas……

“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft.
Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub.

I was sold s place that was beach front ,nkt a half mile away from the beach.
They didnt even have curtains at my room so I was up at 6am because of the sunlight. Bad bad experience. I tried to move rooms to their closer to the beach unit, but they gad no openings

“The hotel was situated in a perfect place .Beautiful setting. Just opposite the tour boats. A few nice beaches nearby. The best beaches in my opinion ….one to the left of the hotel walking around the marina. Nice snack bar called the Red Lobster. Another nice beach resort Waikiki.
